Services: Comshen spam policy

Keeping free of spam. Comshen work tirelessly to keep end users free from spam. That is unwanted and unasked for SMS messages arriving on their handset. We do this in many different ways:

1. All customers must sign our strong anti-spam policy which incorporates CANSPAM, anti-spam legislation laid down by European Union (7(1) of Directive 2000/31/EC.
2. Any customer suspected of sending unsolicited SMS messages are immediately suspended pending a full investigation down to the single SMS level.
3. Comshen run realtime checks on certain keywords and phrases often used in SPAM messages. These are flagged and sent immediately to the customer and the Comshen management team.
4. Comshen automatically block certain SMS messages that contain any known abusive words and religious or racially motivated phrases. The Comshen management team are immediately informed.

Please be warned, Comshen will not tolerate SPAM. SMS is a fantastic communication tool and the vast majority of customers use this wisely, however, the minority offenders will be removed and depending on the serious nature of the offense will be passed onto the appropriate in-country authority.
